Ahh, the old Death Note parody I created long ago. Personally, I put way too much thought into who the characters should be.
L -- Michael Jackson, for obvious reasons. They kind of look similar....if you squint. Kira/Light -- Gavin. Obviously. The DN anime wouldn't have happened had Light not gotten the Death Note, and the MJ trial wouldn't have happened had Gavin not met MJ. Ryuk -- Tom Sneddon. This was just for the lulz at first, but now that I think about it, it makes sense in a weird way. Misa -- Gavin's mom. Again, makes sense in a weird way. Misa totally would do anything for Light, and G-Mama would do anything for her son...that is if you buy into the whole story that Gavin orchestrated the ordeal (which I don't, I just thought the idea was lulzy). Mello -- Jordan. Somehow inadvertently causes Light's destruction. Kind of fits. Near -- T-Mez. SO perfect it's not even funny. Near is to Light as Mez is to the entire trial. Win. I had too much fun with this, and I'd forgotten about this pic until scrummaging around through my old computer. Ah, the memories this fandom brings back. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
